- Selection of Seamen:
Proposes candidates based on owner's/vessel's requirements at a reasonable period of notice before the requirement embarkation date.
- Interviewing:
Every applicant undergoes a personal interview by sea-experienced officers.
- Pre-Employement Test:
Applicants undergo various tess according to their Position, such as ISM Code questionnaires etc.
- Pre-Employement Medical:
Seafarers pass full medical examination prior to embarkation at any clinic assigned by the Shipowner or the P&I Club
- Certificates:
All the Seafarers' Certificates are been scrutinized for their authenticity, and if it is necessary, Michaelmar assists seafarers to issue any requirement certificate or Flag Endorsement.
- Appraisal Reports:
Michaelmar's manning offices evaluate appraisals reports before re-hiring seafarers.
- Filing:
Every Seafarer's Data is filled in electronic format for quick and easy reference. Allotments & Goverment Contributions: Are paid monthly from Michaelmar's Manning Offices.
- Cadetship programs:
Michaelmar has established contractual relationship with Maritime Accademies and providesqualified Cadets.
